Yaki Imo

Baked Satsumaimo sweet potatoes traditionally cooked over an open fire. Available in Japan from the back of trucks complete with a wood burning stove. These portable Yaki Imo shops may drive slowly around advertising their hot potatoes with a loud speaker. It's a charming aspect of Japanese life that's fading.
