Futomaki

Futomaki (literally: fat roll) is rolled sushi with nori on the outside and multiple ingredients on the inside. Ingredients usually include multiple vegetables such as kanpyo, cucumber and avocado. In Japan, most futomaki are vegetable heavy but not vegetarian. They usually include raw fish, cooked fish or egg.
